You can charge your car by driving... your car

One of the biggest complaints about owning an electric vehicle is the charging. Gas stations are well-established around the world. Electric charging stations are newer and don't quite rival them (yet).

While charging up your EV is probably cheaper, it also probably takes longer.  Or at least it used to.

Now, Detroit is unveiling two roads that literally charge your car while you drive over them. In other words, staying topped up takes no additional time at all. Take that, gas stations.
